We need this at least on Manuel so there's not a choice between risking getting in trouble for an abrupt IC reference in OOC or using OOC terms IC. What do you mean enable, as though it's a config?

you know that is not a problem to do ooc in ic if is to teach about game mechanics? like "press alt+click to max the pump" or "drag my sprite on the bed". nobody is going to get punished over those things

Maybe the admins have relaxed a bit in recent years but for awhile there they were being autistic nazis about anything IC in OOC. Saegrimr was the main guy

Explaining game mechanics in IC chat is already explicitly allowed, and I think having to deal with LOOC would break my immersion a lot more than seeing the occasional casual "Alt+click on that to-" would, and for a lot of things there are even ways to explain them almost totally IC.
I used to like the idea of LOOC but the more thought I put into it the more I realized it'll just be misused for shit talking, trolling, letting metainfo slip, and other dumb shit. Really hope LOOC does not get added.
