Under the "Is it Human?" page on silicon policy, NPCs are considered not human. However, things like the Syndicate Commandos and NanoTrasen private security guys are, in form, human. I think it's weird that they would be considered not human under silicon policy since what is and isn't a "simple mob" is an implementation detail we shouldn't require silicon players to know.
For clarification, are simple mobs that have the form of a human, human?
