rule 11 (rules are here: https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Rules#Main ... thing_else ) kinda sucks to read, you can really see how it was meant to be read as a forum/discord post but it just looks weird if you look at it at the game rules page, there is needless information, funny """"""""""", no precedents and overall it doesnt feel like it has the "official" writing of the other rules
