Ban reason and length: Reason: Tased someone for attacking the HoS and then proceeded to murder them with a laser on the spot as a sec officer.

Your side of the story: I suit up, report in to my superior and immediately we respond to a call of greytiders breaking into HoP and attacking. We deal with that and later on as I come down a hallway I find the HoS on the floor, bleeding out, and Cy standing next to them. I fire at him causing him to disengage but still spray bullets in my general direction, and drag the HoS to brig to heal them. Hos calls for their execution, and due to how aggressive the tiders are at this point the armory is open and we suit up. I was impressed we had to get this far since the extended notification came up minutes before the HoS was shot down. But I digress.

HoS declares them shoot on sight, and lethals are passed out. HoS warned us that he might still be armed, and due to being reported near medbay, I assumed he cut the stock of his shotgun to make it more compact. I see him, tase and laser him before taking him to the brig for disarming and securing.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't feel like anything I did was wrong. STP exclaimed that summary executions are never done which is false since I've been on both ends of said action every since I joined. To me it feels like a classic case of ban baiting, shooting a HoS and then ahelping when you get killed?

If he was shoot on sight deemed by the HoS and you saw him crit the HoS sooner I'll lift the note, I'd like if STP could come here to vouch first though

Yo, sorry for the late reply but I was busy with IRL shit. Anyway I didn't tell you summary executions are not allowed I told you it was dependent on the situation, and either you forgot to mention the HoS okay'd that shit or I'm fucking retarded and missed it during conversation. If the HoS said it's ok it's ok, the reason I put a note down in the first place is despite the fact the dude is a shitter it be nice to see security not just murder people on the spot, but in this case if the HoS wanted it then that's fine and I'll remove the note.
