I think placing a note for that seems rather silly. Attack people and steal from them as a cyborg, and you might just get blown. To paraphrase from someone I talked to, it feels like a start shit get hit situation.

If the borg had an emagged weapon and openly used it I'd imagine that would fall under act like an antag get treated like an antag
