Your side of the story: Me and some strangers wanted to experiment and created a social experiment. But sadly many didnt like that idea, so i created a paramilitary to deal with that.
With little to no security and a backfiring paramilitary i made a plan.
I created a purge.maybe it was not the best idea but i tought it was necesary due to the situation. I told them about three times that they should go into their departments or be exucuted but sadly they did not listen so thing happened and yea. Many in prison and some dead from plasma and other things.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I think i should be unbanned because i have not played as a captain much before and didnt know that that was not allowed to do that (in hindshight it was a stupid idea). I have learned from my mistakes and i will read the server rules real good this time!

(It would be good if you made the jobban just not permanent)

Give me an overview of a 'successful,' 'proper' round for a captain or other head position.

Being goodn at teamwork,steadfast about their opinions,calm and hard working to keep the crew safe but also being adaptable to situations. Because shit go down when the heads die. Also being serious but still funny would be a good trait.

Your wording here, and how it consistently shifts responsibility off you, is telling, I think:

"thing happened" = you killed a scientist just because
"some dead from plasma" = you flooded the shuttle with plasma because you claimed "50% of the people wanted to kill [you]" -- and after I had already jobbanned you for the aforementioned killing, even
"other things" = your actions, which you chose to do

Appeal denied unless a headmin disagrees with me, which I don't think is likely.
