Ban reason and length:Reason: Killbaiting - As Captain, demanded RD and Scientist turn him into a "big dog" and threatened them with demotion if they didn't. Was stunned by the RD for being nonsensical and retaliated with stunning and hitting the RD multiple times, saying his intent was to "demote and kill". Killed a scientist for speculation of that specific scientist being responsible for isolating the Captain and dropping a slime in the room, though this was not verifiable. Deeming this as kill baiting due to being the Captain. Appeal on forums

Your side of the story:I go to xenobiology riding on a borg and say I want to be a made a big dog or I will demote them I was captain and mostly saying this as a joke but I did want to be a big version of Ian RD batons me and I baton him and hit him once since my ping was around 1000 I might of hit him 1-2 times but nothing crazy after the lag stops he locks me inside of a firelock (picture shows area) and he drops slimes on me sadly the picture does not show the slime's but the hivebot was aggresive and almost killed the borg and me.
Why you think you should be unbanned:As the picture shows the slimes clearly spawned a aggresive mob on me sadly the picture doesn't show the slimes this is a unfair ban as I was locked inside of a room and almost killed.

I'm also pretty sure I was speaking lizard tongue so he wouldn't of understood what I said

You definitely hit the RD at least 4 times with the baton, and you knocked him down in between each few hits, showing you weren't laggy enough to be incapable of switching intents. Normally due to escalation I would consider striking the RD because they knocked you down valid as the definition of being wronged is somewhat loose, but since you were the Captain and were acting nonsensical to the point where you were threatening to demote them if they did not give you what you wanted, hitting them multiple times because they knocked you down once is out of line. The scientist claims that he did not drop the slime in the same room leaving me to believe that it was the Research Director and you blasted the Scientist in the face with buckshot and debrained them while I was asking you about the situation due to pure speculation alone. All in all, since it's only a 24 hour ban which is the standard for killing without probable cause, I'm going to leave it because I think it was justified. Another admin or a headmin can lift it if they wish.

I switched my intent before the lag spike on my screen it was mostly frozen shortly
Also the scientist suggested placing the slimes on me either way IC wise if he says "should we drop slimes on him" then slimes appear on you they are valid
its the same as someone saying they will explode your lab and 3 minutes later your lab gets maxcapped but you survive and kill him even if he didn't do it such threats actually happening wouldn't seem like a coincidence especially if it was targeted only towards you.

Just popping up in this thread to remind everyone that being captain doesn't excuse you from being taken to task for being a shit.

also how were you the captain and speaking lizard tongue, nanotrasen doesn't let lizards hold head roles.

Its my secret trick used for my roleplay if you wish I will tell you how in PM but I was speaking lizard as human

He should be unbanned (expired) by nowand if he isn’t then unban him early for helping us with an exploit.

I was unbanned but I still think this ban was pretty unfair of which I believe the note should be removed

Captains are allowed to do memey shit, but you've gotta roll with the punches. You rushed in and lol so random demanded people do something I'm not sure they can even do and told them you'd demote them if they didn't, then you started beating up your own crew.

They tried to subdue you, you escaped from the situation you created, then came back and killed someone because they might have been responsible for trying to keep you from killing their boss.

This was an escalation path you created and it led to you killing someone.

I agree with feem basically but it IS POSSIBLE

Subduing isn't locking me in a room and dropping slimes on me but besides that you can actually become a giant dog with xenobiology
