Shooting people with ody as non antag then killing someone who destroyed my mech then saying I didnt know why they destroyed my mech

I was chilling in my new and improved ody and I got the munchies so I visited bar to get some food and scan the chems like a good oddy. Some guy starts punching me and blocking me from scanning the food for no reason. So I shoot him with some capsaicin oil to get him off of me. He gets out his spear and destroyes my mech then runs off. I find him later and exact retribution for my mech by killing and braining him.
I think I should be unbanned because he banned me because he thought I was going around shooting everyone up when I all I was doin is collecting chems and healing mimes. Before I was rudely accosted of course.

I was just listing the official reason I was banned. Because I can indeed confirm I didnt just go around station shooting people up. I mostly went around scanning chems and occasionally healing people I found around

I'm not really able to find any attacks by the other player on the odysseus but it may be that they're not logged in the attack log?

They were hitting me with their fists which may not show up because it doesn't do any damage. But after I hit em with the syringe they got out their spear and started stabbing me.

I didnt hide the brain. I took it into my pocket and intended to put them inside of a mech. I died to a dual e-sword traitor before I could.

I'm pretty sure it can at higher concentrations, but that's in the 40 - 50 range. 15 units isn't going to do much except I believe minor heating/blurry vision.

It means no, to start with you just get hot, but as it builds and your temperature goes up, you start taking damage. Like frost oil. I'd have to run some testing but I'm pretty sure 15 units will at least cause them to take some damage. I'm not sure if that's worth destroying a mech over, and I didn't see any logs of the interactions prior to that (other than some disarms).

Respii here, I didn't think this warranted a ban tbh, but he did attempt to shoot me multiple times with Capsacin after I was lightly punching his mech (I usually disarm people and table them on the daily if that gives context to my shenanigans.) When I did get hit by one of the syringes (finally) and my vision became blurry, I attacked his mech until it was destroyed, and left him alone. He then sought me out and killed me some time later, took my brain out of my body, put it in an mmi, I ratted him out and he took the brain out of the MMI for about 15 minutes and got killed shortly after. I ahelped around this point.

Great I now have context. You act like a shitter and punch him in the mech, and he claims you were getting in his way. You get shot up with capaiscin so you spear his mech to death, and then he stabs you to death for killing his mech which sounds fair to me.

It's all good escalation IMO. He takes out your brain, which is also fine by me- You deserved to die and I don't think it's relevant whether you get cloned or not here. He said in the appeal that he planned on putting you in a mech which is a hell of a lot nicer than I would do. Unfortunately he got killed before he could which is out of his control.

You started it and continuously escalated the situation up until your death, and then ahelped when things didn't go your way. Not sure what you expected here.

There was nothing wrong happening during any part of these interactions, he non-lethally peppered you for bothering him. However when you decided to destroy his mech you made yourself 100% valid, many other players wouldn't even have MMI'd you after that and just let you be out of the round completely by incinerating or spacing you.
Why did you even send for an adminhelp when you yourself were the primary antagonist in this situation?
