Your side of the story:The ban was justified and fair,i did break the rule but my intention was never to erp or to make anyone uncomfortable or creeped out.I got pissed of some guy was shittalking me(was somewhat new to the game and was playing as a warden i think)and my response to the admin was pretty dumb and a bad joke.
Why you think you should be unbanned:Have more experience with the game now and will not make the same dumb mistake again.

Sorry for the late response, been busy doing other things and not paying much attention to the forums recently

I just looked up the logs too to see what the fuck he was going on about, and I was definitely observing that round. I was actually tempted to give him a second chance, but if he's willing to apparently make shit up to make himself seem like the victim I'd really like to wait and hear his explanation for how he deduced that I was the person he arrested.

Personally I don’t see the reason in playing gotcha over the matter, just don’t do it in the future should you get unbanned
