Randolfthemeh - JJ93 - Made a mistake

Byond account and character name: JJ93 is my account name, I don't remember my player name.
Banning admin: The gentleman named Randolfthemeh
Ban type (What are you banned from?): The SS13 server
Ban reason and length: Violation of Rule 8 while in midst of a help.
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2018-06-01 ; 04:36:56 (GMT? I don't know)
Server you were playing when banned (Sybil or Bagil): I don't know
Your side of the story: I was in violation of rule 8 and was messaged by the admin. I didn't notice his message for quite a few posts and responded to him that i would stop. I was immediately banned. Sorry for not noticing the message.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I am new to the game. I can be better and not do this again.
Sorry for the stupidity. I only want to be reduced to a temp ban.

Hi bud! I was one of the admins who interacted with you that night. Seeing as you were VERY very new, you were having a bit of a hard time getting a grasp of our rules. For instance, you were using the ME command to speak instead of the SAY command. This was cleared up rather quickly, and everything was set right. Right before I closed the ticket, I gave you a closing remark:

Right so here's the logs of you doing shit and our brief exchange
This is an earlier exchange you had with another admin earlier. One in which you were already told to read the rules, and quite obviously didn't give a fuck about.
You then had a friend come on later and complain about that ban. I'll post that exchange later should it be necessary.

You are correct that I was suggested by an admin to read the rules. Now, I wouldn't use that vulgar language and state "I didn't give a f' about", but it's obvious I didn't prioritize it.One in which you were already told to read the rules, and quite obviously didn't give a fuck about.
Please refrain from using explicit language, it makes you seem very incompetent as a member of the staff and it's a quality of ignorance.

Thank you for posting the chat logs. As you can see I was told about the rule I was breaking and planned to correct the behavior right away and was immediately banned after that. As I mentioned in the original post I didn't notice your msgs until after the fact. I was focused on the game itself and not too much the chat screen.You then had a friend come on later and complain about that ban. I'll post that exchange later should it be necessary.

EDIT: Oh yes I asked an acquaintance to inquire about the ban in which you suggest to use the forum to appeal the ban. Otherwise, that's inaccurate. Once again, thanks for giving me the information to do so. As I read the rules to this forum and the appeals process, you are entitled to your "opinion" and I will most likely not have this permanent ban removed.

This ban is not an opinion, this is a clear violation of rule 8, which is one of the few rules that don't really require a note/warning before a ban.you are entitled to your "opinion" and I will most likely not have this permanent ban removed.
Forcing strangers into your sexual fantasy is pretty fucking disturbing.
