Luring a sentient spider into the brig and allowing him to kill a prisoner

Your side of the story: I was on probation for having too many notes, allowing a spider was rule 0 upgrade.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I was told I would be unbanned in January.

You won't be unbanned if you don't write a serious appeal. On why you would be unbanned in January, all I can see is that Ausops told you your probation would be until the end of 2017, which is entirely separate and moot since you failed your probation and were permabanned.

The admin in question is imblyings, Armhulen was involved.

The reason why is because I don't intend to cause any more trouble than I already have.

I don't see any reason to lift this. I talked to Hippie and they really didn't have anything good to say. I don't think this appeal was made seriously. Feel free to come back when you've got someone to give you a good reference since it seems like Hippie doesn't have much good things to say. Though, I dunno why anyone would ask for a reference from there tbh.
