Your side of the story:This is gonna sound weird but bear with me. My brother did these things and we have the same wifi,he quit the game a longtime ago and when I get back everyonce and awhile here it lets me in unbanned but some other times it has me banned?
Why you think you should be unbanned:It has been a longtime since I have been on here,Believe me or not there is no way for me to prove it.But I just wanna get back on my favorite server on my favorite game.

when did you first notice this ban?

I would say I noticed it in September but what was weird is I played rounds in August and July and it seemed on and off with the ban on the servers and I had to go back to uni and now It never unbans me Temporarily and I Finally have time to reach out to the forums.

And you two happen to be sharing the same computer?

I think he used this computer once He mostly uses his one up stairs when he gets back but I am positive that he used this one when you banned him.

The CID with the alts doesn't have your ckey on there so it's quite plausible.

Unless I screwed something up, you're unbanned.
Keep your brother off your computer, and if you can't, keep him off BYOND. If he connects again with the same computer as you on another alt, you will be banned again and next time it'll be far harder to convince me that you're not just pulling a "my brother did it!".
As for you, stay on the skyrocket1988 ckey. No new ckeys, any new ckeys will be automatically banned if they share /any/ details with one of your brother's accounts, unless you want to change keys and we are notified first.
