Your side of the story: It was a day after I was unperma-banned, I was pretty excited to go on and then... Boom.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Well first I don't even know what I did wrong, and to add to the fact I just rejoined SS13 to be met with a permaban head-on for a reason that wasn't even revealed to me. I guess it's somehow my fault... I wasn't even multi-keying but I guess uh, I honestly don't know what to say. I just want to be unbanned.

Some of your information matched that of an active online player. You also joined in and while "excited to get on" proceeded to move directly to a locker and just stand there for about 5 minutes.

Yes, but I'm a bit confused as to how I was banned for multi-keying. [Plus I just got unbanned around two days ago.] And I thought Multi-Keying was going on TG with multiple accounts.

Because your inactivity while they were active, combined with your matching information, made it look like you joined in, changed your mind, then went back to actively playing.

Please explain either why your info matched.

Why you joined then instantly went inactive.

I joined and instantly went inactive due to IRL stuff, someone face timed me and I had to ignore the game for some time, sorry for the misunderstanding.

For reference, the reason you popped up as a potential multi-key is due to you sharing a CID with multiple people, including one who was connected at the same time as you.



(ckeys, IPs etc censored for privacy, though any admin can doublecheck this on the database)

On examination it would look to me more like a case of sharing a CID for other reasons (pirated Windows version, etc.) but you should still answer Nabski's questions. Just providing extra information for context.

I honestly don't know why my info matched, and truthfully I wouldn't wan't to get banned after getting unbanned. And I have a good belief that my version of windows isn't pirated. And I honestly don't have an explanation for why my info matched, it says the same thing on colonial marines when I join[Multiple Byond keys], I would like to understand why it says this also.

Well, I'd love to hear an answer to this, but I don't think I'm going to get one and I honestly believe you were not that other person after observing them for the rest of the round. Unbanned.

sidenote: We don't care if you pirate windows. Whichever way you got your copy of windows is fine by us and it would be helpful if you told us how.
