Time ban was placed (approximate): idk 9 pm 8-10-2018
Your side of the story: posted funny gif got banned for "potential cp"
Why you think you should be unbanned: it wasnt it was a gif of a guy (age ~12) fucking a chicken with the chicken covering everything and nothing revealing to be seen then the guys filming spooked the guy and he dropped the chicken and quickly pulled up his pants (again not showing anything) end gif

i mean, it was #admin-free-hut and u couldnt see anything because the chicken covered it, plus it was a comedic gif so... yeah please unban yeah

Hi,
We ask that participants in our community be 18+ years old.
As a result we'll be applying a 6 year ban in game as well.
This discord ban will ultimately be up to MSO though.
Also the listed ban reason is "Potential cp in the admin free hut", just for completeness.

When i said i was 12 years old, I meant mentally not physically you gay man.
Please reduce the ban with 3 years since I'm 15 thanks
now back to the "potential cp" would like MrStonedOne to reply to this and explain his thoughts since i asked other people and they said it wasnt so i think its pretty on edge here

it wasnt cp stop saying it was, the kid wasnt even naked, he was fully dressed and u couldnt see anything, not even sure why MrStonedOne labeled it as cp

18 U.S. Code § 2256 wrote:

In other words, the law is based around what activity is depicted, not what private parts are visible.
