Ban reason and length: Warned - Don't make awful names like "Dumbbell PP"

Server you were playing when banned (Sybil or Bagil): It was terry but terry isn't even on this shitty format
Your side of the story: I took a screencap of myself setting my name to Dumbbell PP.
Why you think you should be unbanned: The note is inaccurate, as I was not warned in any way. I was rudely kicked without a word spoken. Not only that, the name "Dumbbell PP" follows our naming policy for ethereals. The policy is a celestial body followed by two letters of your choice. I chose the Dumbbell Nebula due to its extremely beautiful appearance, which you can see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumbbell_Nebula

In addition, I did not even set my name to be "Dumbbell PP," I put it into the "character name" box but I did not submit. I smoked, but I did not inhale. Not only is this note in error, I should not be punished for pointing out the weaknesses of naming policy, because as we all know, notes are punishments. Since my first time connecting in about 2012, this would be the first punishment on my record.

Admins may get involved if your name is dumb and can approve or disallow names at their discretion while in-game.

Nothing says you have to set the name for it to be approved or disallowed.

The kick was a courtesy since I didn't want to interrupt your discussion in Discord by bwoinking you.

I've requested players change ethereal names before, mostly when they are things like Uranus XD.

Is this the official setting of policy that if we think you've going for a joke name (which is allowed in lizards names), you may be asked to change it?

Even if it follows the "letter" of the policy?

players can post in a thread regarding something they weren't involved in, IF IT IS TO BRING UP/POINT TO/HIGHLIGHT a rule, precedent

I was saying that there is precedent on this, but due to the newness of it also attempting to confirm it was correct precedent.

You can bring up precedents but you have to make a policy thread to ask about them.

Not everything requires a policy thread. The point for this one is just "Excessively OOC names fall under rule 3", and the exact digression of what is "Excessive". I personally think that if you're trying to get a reaction instead of create a character, it's "excessive".

I don't know what the fuck is going on with this thread, or why Arianya moved a ban appeal to Administrator General, but I'm moving this back to ban appeals.

Naming policy is dumb and Laz has shown us this.

The note has been edited to "You will never be able to appeal this" (that's the entire thing) do you still want it removed?
