My ban appeal on what has happened yesterday, 18/12/2018.

Byond account and character name:

Banning admin:

Ban reason and length:
Broke rule #8 of the server, permanent ban.

Your side of the story:
I was bored and made the terrible mistake to use a ventrillo dummy to impersonate people over comms, spurring out dirty talk.
Told people they'd get all access if they'd come to the captain and suck them, I took it too far and a while after I dropped it off, an admin came on and permabanned me.

Why you think you should be unbanned:
I completely understand why I was banned, it was a very big mistake.
I'm very sorry and I give you my honest apology as to what I've said over comms.
I really hope I can come back, I will seriously miss playing on TG Station Terry, next time I will use my head properly.

The last time I remember someone being banned for general erp (not creepy rapey stuff) was saintish and that was a day ban for sucking off the HoP. We've only really handed out permanent ERP bans for people who try and force it onto other players (rape basically). For this type of behaviour I feel a permanent ban is a bit too much in this case

While i understand doing dumb stuff due to boredom, what you did was extremely excessive. Not only it broke rule 8, but you involved several other people on this creepy behavior of yours.

This is not equivalent at all. I do not see this ban registered in the database, but that player last connected over four years ago. Enforcement then is not enforcement now, but it's not like these situations are even similar.

Anyway, this appeal is ridiculous. To say that you broke rule 8 is an understatement. You used the dummy toy to try to frame others over comms for ERPing. You weren't making a mistake that any other player could make,what you did was 100% malicious.
When you do something this shitty, we no longer have any obligation for us to have our doors open to you. To that effect, your appeal is denied.
If you would really like to come back, appeal this again in 6 months with a positive recommendation from another server. With your history on Oracle, however, I'd say the chances of you actually doing that is unlikely.
