Nitro 2985 Moved and got a new IP and now jobbaned from AI

I recently moved and noticed that I'm banned from AI now, despite playing the AI a few months ago. The ban says it has been applied since 2012, which I can only assume means that I moved and somehow got an IP of someone who had previously been banned.

This is the ban info:
You, or another user of this computer or connection (Nitro2985) is banned from playing AI.
The ban reason is: http://nanotrasen.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=14t=9370 Successful petition for jobbanning.
This ban (BanID #2347) was applied by Yinadele on 2012-08-16 16:31:37 during round ID 0.
This is a permanent ban.

If you check my player history you'll see I've played AI dozens of times since 2012 and recently will have started connecting from a new IP.

wow that is an old ban. But according to our records it's always been applied! I'd suspect we accidentally fixed some bug stopping old bans like this applying honestly, as there were some changes to jobban code recently.

Interestingly the ban exists twice, with one lifted.

Suffice to say that this is old enough to be lifted without issue.

I will do this tonight unless someone else gets to it.
