Your side of the story: So I round started as Chaplin and pretty much went about blessing fire extinguishers, spraying holy water all over the halls. Was going smoothly til Arnie Bash just randomly started to attack me. He failed of course and got dragged off the medbay, and myself I walk to medical to get healed. I get cryo'd however and he waits outside before ejecting me and starts running his happy ass towards escape to space me. At this point I continue my ahelp that he attacked for no reason and gets stopped from spacing me. At this point I crit him, and drag him to the crematorium, my goal was to remove him to which I was stopped by Morto for a few minutes while he plead his case. To which Morto confuses me and I end up cremating the guy because at the moment I had no concrete answer to why he did it. Turns out he thought I was slipping people, despite having not said ANYTHING over the radio or anyone saying that the Chaplin has slipped anymore. It was pretty much an unwarranted attack. However I did actually straight up ignore the admin when I turned him into a crispy critter.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I think a reduction in the ban time is better than a straight unban. Since I willing ignored Morto because I wasn't happy with some random player thinking I slipped him and then went straight to attack.

On the plus side it ended up being a wizard round and my holy hallways probably did some good in the end.

Let's start with how things started and how they developed into a mess. According to my conversation with the instigator, the engineer who attacked you, their reason to do so was due to you slipping them and other people:

As you can see, you retaliated back with violence against the instigator, which made this fight an ic issue. Arnie obviously was the instigator so he had to clone you if he truly ended up killing you, which is what i told you in ahelps but you refused to aknowledge you made this an ic conflict and then i contacted Rich to see the reason of the attack. To my surprise, a fight sparked again and you ended up cremating them even after being told to not do so:

Emotions got the best of you and you decided to ignore the rules, and even ahelped about a conflict that was an ic issue due to you retaliating back. I'm not a fan of escalation rules either, but you have to follow them if you want to play here.

However, i will lower the ban to a day due to you not having any previous history of doing this sort of behavior. When taking matters into your own hands, don't expect admins to help you in the future, specially if you refuse afterwards to listen to them.
