Your side of the story:I was a Warden and let some guy HoS arrested off with a warning because he did some minor thing I forgot. HoS responded by beating me and brigging me, onlookers yelled it was molesting. After brig ended I went along with the cries and we beat him to death, me and two others. Went to RP to the bartender how I was scarred and then got a lawyer to press charges got boinked and the admin banned me after a talk about what happened.
Why you think you should be unbanned:I think the reason I was banned was because of the long list of admin notes regarding my drunk security RP that was successfully appealed. I'd like to appeal these notes at the same time as this ban to prevent further over reactions. I don't think I ERPed anyone and I don't see how saying molest is ERP, could've just asked to not say/do what I did and I would've complied. No warning permaban I don't think anyone else involved even got boinked.

The big rule you broke was rule 8.

No form of erotic roleplay is allowed on the servers, including things that could be construed as sexual by unwilling participants.

you screaming about how the hos "molested you", "fondoled your vagina","grabbed you by the pussy" and how your "hymen isn't in tact anymore" and about how he kept "grabbing you by the pussy" was really fucking weird and creepy and all of this started because the head of security didn't want you to release someone culminating in you forming a mob to lynch and kill the head of security over molesting and raping you because he disagreed with you and stunned and brigged you for like a minute or two after you tried to relaese the guy, which you then used to proceed to take your character into a depressive spiral over being molested/raped by the head of security over that conflict

this is grant's ban and maybe the headmins might want it lifted but I doubt it if your reason is just "I only said I got molested" because you did say more than that and you went on about it for the entire round until the point you got banned, I hope you do take away one think from this no matter what happens and you realise going into stuff like this in general is a terrible idea unless all parties consent to that type of roleplay beforehand but even then this still crosses that rule 8 boundary

The big rule you broke was rule 8.

No form of erotic roleplay is allowed on the servers, including things that could be construed as sexual by unwilling participants.

you screaming about how the hos "molested you", "fondoled your vagina","grabbed you by the pussy" and how your "hymen isn't in tact anymore" and about how he kept "grabbing you by the pussy" was really fucking weird and creepy and all of this started because the head of security didn't want you to release someone culminating in you forming a mob to lynch and kill the head of security over molesting and raping you because he disagreed with you and stunned and brigged you for like a minute or two after you tried to relaese the guy, which you then used to proceed to take your character into a depressive spiral over being molested/raped by the head of security over that conflict

this is grant's ban and maybe the headmins might want it lifted but I doubt it if your reason is just "I only said I got molested" because you did say more than that and you went on about it for the entire round until the point you got banned, I hope you do take away one think from this no matter what happens and you realise going into stuff like this in general is a terrible idea unless all parties consent to that type of roleplay beforehand but even then this still crosses that rule 8 boundary

There's a lot to this appeal. Karp covered most of what I wanted to talk about, but the big part about this ban isn't just the comments themselves.
It's that after the HoS dunked you for being a shitty warden (by jailing + demoting you), you then accused him of molestation, went into graphic detail about it, got him killed, and then did a disturbing roleplay about how your character now feels terrible, depressed and is going to kill herself after being raped. This obviously isn't the kind of shit we need on our servers, and it says a lot that you'd even try something like this.
It's also pretty telling that you appealed this ban the day you got permabanned from /vg/, which shows that you're as bad elsewhere as you were here.

I guess it's too much to ask to play space station 13 and this is a sad turn of events, I don't know why you would ban for 1 month over such a minor offense nor why you would escalate it to a perma. The only reason i appealed was because my friend said he enjoyed watching me play. This is probably escalated to a perma ban because I offended someone by having a male Shinobu based static who identifies as female. I don't see what's wrong with that, I see how I over stepped what's allowed with rule 8 and can easily just keep it PG13 and on the lynching for the HoS, it was escalated too fast too quickly and in my opinion he was being a shitter for brigging someone over a minor offense, so throwing terms like shitter around isn't exactly fair as thats a perspective thing and I can feel the hate emanating because I rubbed some admins here the wrong way for some reason.
