Your side of the story: I was just a bit confused on why the ban was changed from two weeks to a permanent ban, and was wondering why it was dealt out as a secondary punishment.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't think I should be unbanned until I can prove that I can play the game reliably without disconnecting often. I'm just confused because I was playing a head role a few days ago and saw that I couldn't tonight. Although this could just be due to me being stupid and/or incompetent.

As this isn't a valid appeal there's nothing to deny. If you somehow found your way into a head position role that you shouldn't have had access to that's entirely outside of my scope of control.

For clarification, the ban has always been permanent, it was never a 2 week-long one.
It seems like you could play as a head of staff because of a database problem (probably cause of the ddos). We will ask you to please not use this loophole if it ever happens again, but won't take action regarding you being able to play a head of staff a few days ago - now that you are aware of the bug, there will be no excuses.
