Byond account and character name: Virome1488 - John Wenis
Banning admin: Nervere
Ban type (What are you banned from?): Server
Ban reason and length: 1 week - injecting people with lethal poison as a chemist.
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2019-05-31, 19:53 (server time, BST?)
Server you were playing when banned (Sybil or Bagil): Terry
Your side of the story: I made like 200u of bath salts which I was going to use in the fight cage and injected a bunch of people with the excess. I thought the drug was functionally identical to mindbreaker if you ODed on it and didn't realize it was lethal.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I've played here for a year, maybe two, without receiving any negative attention from staff. I apologize for what I did on this round.

How could you have made 200u of bath salts and not taken into account the OD threshold?
Why would you shoot 4 different people with 50u each of bath salts if you truly didn't know its effects?
You weren't just getting rid of the "excess" of your 200u batch, you used its entirety on other people.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'not knowing its effects' in regards to bath salts - like I said, I thought I positively did know what I was doing and acted on the (incorrect) knowledge that ODing on bath salts caused you to get mindbreaker style hallucinations, rather than, y'know, death. I was injecting people to be a prick but I didn't want to (totally) break rule 1 and irrevocably fuck the round up, is what I'm saying.

I don't think I used all of the bath salts I made on other people and that isn't what I wanted to do, I remember going to the bartender who was running the fights and showing him the syringe I was gonna inject myself with and saying 'can I use this?' Or something to that effect.

Ban has expired and still, I don't see a reason why we should remove the note, since it's fair.
Locked.
