Your side of the story: I was originally permabanned for my ckey by Nervere, before even getting in to the game. I was told to come back with a better ckey in the ban reason, I did, and hey presto I'm now "evading" the previous ban
Why you think you should be unbanned: I did as I was told by a different admin, have managed to play a game or two on /tg/ after coming back with a new ckey and have shown I am not there to grief etc. The only reason for my banning was the ckey, which has been changed.

What was your previous ckey named?

His previous ckey is the ever so charming "nigg3rstein."

His character name at the time of the HONKEYSTEIN ban was "Kuntakinte Hotep."

I for one am eager to see this discrepancy resolved so we can welcome this perfectly normal, perfectly healthy, good-faith maker of decisions back into our community.

How long is the normal waiting time for a straight up yes or no?

Yeah I thought I already repealed this.
Initially I applied a perma having gotten the notification "Honkeystein" was an alt of the permabanned account "Nigg3rstein" and applied the perma.
Unless Nervere has any wish to step in the fact that you response to getting banned for a stupid and racist name was to come back with another stupid and racist name I'll go fix it now.
