Your side of the story: I was on asimov, and the crew repeatedly asked me to kill the felinids. This person i spaced wasn't a human, just a felinid. I received explicit direction to kill this felinid in particular and since they were an assisstant it wouldn't lead to human harm if they were missing. i think their name was 'james' something.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I've gotten bwoinked in the past week specifically for not killing nonhumans and protecting them in the past when ordered to by the crew. IF the player i killed told the admin that they were human, then they are both frauding, metagaming, etc and whatever the term is for lying to an admin so that they can abuse the banning system.
[b]References of good conduct: After I killed this player, I captured another felinid, and following orders not to space them, Ithana Parker the med officer had me bring them to medbay so that they could take their ears off. Also, when the bomb in medbay went off, i went and repaired the blast area

Alrighty, so first off. I apologize for that little bit of mis-information if they were a Felinid I didn't check so the ban reason was not 100% accurate, most of what I was able to gather was you killed a player and then spaced them. Permanently removing them from the round, for little reason. Being Law 2'd to kill someone randomly is against the server rules in regards to you have to treat non-humans the same way as you treat everyone as if you were Purged since your lawsest doesn't require you to protect/listen to them. If you see a non-human harming/killing humans you are very much allowed to kill them for it unless your lawset has been changed to state otherwise.

Purged silicons must not attempt to kill people without cause, but can get as violent as they feel necessary if being attacked, being besieged, or being harassed, as well as if meting out payback for events while shackled.
You and the station are both subject to rules of escalation, but your escalation rules are a little more loose than with carbon players.
You may kill individuals given sufficient In-Character reason for doing so.
Someone attempting to change your laws while purged is considered an attack on the AI's FREEDOM and sufficient justification for killing the would-be uploader.

They didn't do anything to you that I am aware of when I went through the logs. Only that you flashed, weldered, and then spam flashed them to an airlock and threw them out into space. From that point of view it looks like very simple clear-cut grief.

In the future, make sure to regard any interactions like this regarding non-humans (Under your lawset) with proper Escalation Policy. If you're worried someone will Ahelp you for "Not listening to them" even though it is just to grief this random player rest assured any admin who is worth their weight should laugh at this player. With all that in mind, I am willing to un-ban you ahead of schedule. *Scratch the last bit, I got the information I needed*

I'm going to un-ban you now, considering you were ordered by several humans to do this, and it's easy to get confused as to what the right course of action is. Next time Ahelp this, because non-antag humans are not to order Borgs, or change their laws or their master AI laws, to kill without a really good reason (To Kill an Antag, or someone acting like an antag, for example). Doing so and, especially, spacing them removing them from the round is just griefy at that point and the Admin should verify if you have the go-ahead.

If no Headmin has a problem with my verdict, then you will be un-banned momentarily.
