You sure the banning admin isnt dorsidwarf?

Space Law doesn't supersede the rules, and the rules are pretty clear about not letting people use WMD attacks like bombs or plasmafires on the station for anything other than "Immediately killing a station threat and ending the round". Destroying the entire brig area as a sec officer even to kill a rogue HOS isn't okay in my book, especially on Manuel.
