Why you think you should be unbanned: Can't even make joke about killing a player in EvE, in which all players are allowed to harrass, scam and kill each other without penalty (except high-sec) or reason.

You used the word "harass" though.

Hello. Harrassment is allowed in EvE Online, anything is valid and good barring agregious crimes and the like.

Threatening to harass someone in a third-party game using the /tg/ Discord is still threatening to harass someone.
It doesn't magically become OK because you're saying you'll do it somewhere else.
