I had just finished an extremely chaotic round on bagil where as the captain I had to defend the armory against a dozen non-antag tiders who tried to rob it roundstart.
Thinking I needed a break after this unfortunate experience I noticed a new round was starting on Manuel. "Why not?" I thought to myself. "I can have a quiet round on Manuel."
So I joined the new round and tried to roleplay with the other players.

After this comical interaction i go on my way. Roaming around the station trying to accomplish my objective since I had rolled traitor.
The task proved to be quite difficult since the security team nearly instantly responded after I broke into engineering.
So I went to the bar to try and socialize with other crewmembers. Saw Green Dahn there and greeted her.
After this I went back to walking around the station and I got beat up badly by random crewmembers for seemingly no reason.
Which is why I was brought to the medbay and healed by a paramedic.
As I come back to my senses I notice Green is laying on the other stasis bed so I thank the paramedic and go up to her.

My conduct was in no way intended to be erotic. I was acting affectionately towards other crewmembers but for some reason the admins thought I was acting in an erotic manner?
I did not make any reference to anything sexual, rather is was Green Dahn who was screaming sexual assault.
I was simply trying to fit in using the knowledge gleaned from the manuel discord.
Moreover the ban reason is false. I did not try to get her to sit on me. I told her to sit so I could keep her compagny while she recovered.
And I did not strip her in a sexual manner?? It was for the "no undies" memes.
If stripping another player was sexual then all the players collecting shoes or jumpsuits as a gimmick should be banned too because it is their fetish or something?
My intent was having fun with other players by roleplaying as a funny and affectionate cat.
Finally, my last note about "inappropriate behavior" which is referenced dates back from nearly two years ago, there is no reason for it to be used as a justification for the ban. On the contrary this is proof I have been on my best behavior during those two years.

This is undeniable proof that Manuel does not follow the same rules as the other servers despite what you told me in the ticket:

Its pretty clear from the logs posted you repeatedly tried to undress a player so you could see their genitalia, you then managed to do so when they were unconscious in Medbay.

This is wrong.
The facts are : I called her "cat wit no undies" a few times as per the meme, then stripped her of her jumpsuit/pants a few seconds to confirm whether the meme was true.
The biggest misunderstanding here is that people believe I have been chasing her all shift around the station. That is simply not the case.
I was minding my own business and the three times I ran into Green Dahn by pure chance I then interacted with her in a friendly cat-like manner.
So it seems I have no choice but to summarize what I did this round:
The map is Metastation.
1) Join roundstart as assistant and see I rolled traitor with objectives to prevent two atmos techs from escaping.
2) Grab tools and metal with the plan of breaking into atmos eventually.
3) See Green Dahn in the halls and have a chat with her. (the first log entry in the OP)
4) Go in maint to wall off the back entrance of atmos.
5) Walk to the engineering lobby and bolt open the front door. Once inside I wall off the entrance to the engine room to prevent engineers to come and stop me.
6) An engineer named Tanya Longstreet appears in the lobby and confronts the QM, who was nearby, and I about the hacked door. I put the blame on the QM but it also seems someone reported the crime to security as about 5 officers and the HoS come running.
7) I pretend to be a bystander just watching the crime scene as security is trying to figure out what happened but I still get beaten up by an officer... I don't serve any jail time though.
8) I go back to atmos maint and more specifically I tail an atmosian into the incinerator where I steal a Rapid Piping Device with the intent of flooding atmos once I managed to trap the Technicians inside it.
9) With this new tool in my possession I walk back to the engineering lobby to try and break into atmos again but the engineer Tanya is here again. I hug her a couple times to show i'm not an enemy but she shoves and cuffs me then hands me to an officer. He drags me away from engineering and releases me.
10) Defeated I walk away and get beaten up by the same officer who beat me up earlier.
11) I manage to stumble into the kitchen where I eat some fried eggs. I hug and greet another player who was here and get tabled repeatedly causing me to lose half my health.
12) After this rough experience I go to the bar where I order a cocktail to drink my sorrow away. I have a chat with the bartender and greet Green Dahn who was also here, drinking a whole bottle of hooch ensuring her liver would give up on life.
13) I heard over the radio about all-access being out so I go in front of the HoP office where I see two players argue about chairs built in the HoP line. I try to calm them down only to get beaten to crit... I suppose thats how they vent their anger...
14) A paramedic finds me and brings me to the medbay to heal me. I thank him profusely and offer him payment which he refuses.
15) I see Green Dahn laying in the other stasis bed and roleplay with her as per the OP.
16) Walking away from the medbay I get beaten silly by an officer who arrests me and I get brigged for 15 minutes.
As you can see, I was trying to make the game more fun for everyone as a snuggly cat and at the same time to accomplish my traitor objectives. There are no issues with this type of roleplay on Terry or Bagil but it seems Manuel is a special place.

In the several instances that Eskjjlj interacted with this specific player they did so in an incredibly creepy and erotic manner. The other player made it clear when they could that they did not want to engage in this role-play as well which makes this gross activity measurably more degrees worse. Finally when taking into account your prior rule 8 violations this ban shows to be incredibly lenient and will be upheld.
