Your side of the story: My message was being deleted so I said "delete if gay." I got kicked and rejoined and was asked to re-verify. I thought my verification didnt go through so I left and rejoined again, didn't realize I was being muted and thus got banned for mute-evading. I will tank the mute out if I knew that i was being muted, but there was no feedback so i promptly rejoined and got charged with mute-evading instead.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I didn't know that i was being muted since there are no messages saying that I was.
References of good conduct: I came to discord with my best intentions and didn't plan to stir up trouble or even break the rules. It all seems like a misunderstanding from my side, sorry for that.

Logs seem to back up your version of events. When you rejoined from the kick, but before you had verified, oranges had put a channel level on mute on you.

Oranges gave me a ping about this late night so I just banned on his word, he agrees with an unban thus I will lift it on his word.
