Warned- was part of a situation that lead to the death of the HoS. Shot the shuttle brig door until the HoS came out and stunned ChristianDenDanske. Casperclone (his brother) then shot the HoS to death in response. While ChristianDenDanske didn't attack the HoS directly, working together with your IRL brother to tide sec and then your brother murdering him while stunned raises an eyebrow. Avoid working so directly with your brother in situations like this in
future, as it can lead to misunderstandings down the line.

Your side of the story:
While onboard of the escape shuttle, I destroyed the shuttle brig door with a gatfruit gun, The HoS within the brig didn't like this very much, and proceeded to arrest me, While I was stunned, Casperclone/Casper blacks, then killed the HoS with a gatfruit gun, No one told him to do it. The reason he also had a gatfruit gun was because I put a bunch of them inside cargo, and also placed a GPS at the seed vault.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Its been nearly a year since my last note. My opinion of this matter is that this surly is a IC issue, I didn't attempt to harm the HoS in anyway, I only broke a door and got a beating from the HoS
in return. I don't agree to being part of Casper's actions just because he is my brother, doesn't make it my problem too. My punishment should've just been the arrest from the HoS, not getting a note for something I had no control over.

I'm not going to remove this note, because I think it accurately reflects a noteworthy situation that is worth mentioning if a similar situation occurs in the future. Posting relevant logs from round 160057.
As we can see, you were both shooting random bits of the shuttle with a .357 together for some reason.
You then start firing at the door to the shuttle brig area.
For which the HoS comes out and stuns you.
Your brother then shoots him while you shout "GET HIM"
Followed by you kicking the corpse, saying "he got fucked", and then your brother offering up his reason for executing him, which is that he was trying to arrest you, his fellow miner (I believe he signed up as a curator and then had a job change to be a miner with you).
As brothers, we allow you to play together, but we also place a lot of trust in you not to abuse that. The two of you tiding the shuttle with .357s, and then your brother shooting the HoS to death for stunning you while you scream "AH" GET HIM" is not really acceptable. Even if you didn't partake in the killing directly, you both were involved in the situation that lead to the non-valid murder of the HoS- if you and your brother hacked into the armoury, were stunned by a sec officer, and your brother murdered that officer with lasers while you yelled "GET HIM", I would still assign a portion of the blame to you, even if "only hacking a door" sounds like an IC issue.
Even if your intentions were innocent, I believe the note is valid because tiding FNR with your brother isn't really allowed, and even less so when that tiding results in one of you murdering a sec officer for correctly trying to stop you.

Kicking the corpse was a error on my part, as I explained to you in ahelp. I said "He got fucked," because the revolver is more then a kiss.Followed by you kicking the corpse, saying "he got fucked",

As soon as he died, I tried dragging him to the medbay, as I didn't wish for him to be dead, and I did by mistake kick him, while I was trying to drag him.

I mean I might see your point if you'd yelled like "HELP" or "DRAG ME" or something, but yelling "GET HIM" to your brother who you've been tiding the shuttle by shooting .357s into doors and computers and stuff is asking me to suspend my disbelief a bit too far. Even if everything here is a coincidence, from your brother getting his job re-assigned to shaft miner, to the two of you randomly shooting stuff in the shuttle, to him being the one to help you out when you got stunned, the note should remain, as tiding the shuttle with .357s FNR as part of a gang, and that tiding resulting in the death of a sec officer who tried to stop it is noteworthy by itself. The fact that the other person with you was your brother is just extra.
As it stands, I'm not removing the note- I feel it accurately reflects what happens without being unfairly harsh. Headmins may overrule this if they wish.
