Your side of the story: I changed my avatar to a Christmas Avatar now that Halloween is over.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Thanksgiving was several weeks ago, October the 11th to be exact. I changed my avatar way past the first friday that follows Thanksgiving by a large margin.

Yes, as part of my appeal I've already shown though that Thanksgiving was on October the 11th, a Monday. The earliest we should all be allowed to change to Christmas Avatars is October the 15th according to the rules. As a show of good faith though I waited a couple more weeks.

As Gupta, uncharacteristically suggests, this rule exits. "Using Christmas themed avatars before the friday following thanksgiving may result in you being laughed at, mocked, ridiculed, and/or banned."
I can only hope you enjoyed being ridiculed, laughed at, mocked and banned for those 25 seconds.
