This ban appeal has shockingly little information. I understand it was a requested perma but I would like to know why you think now is a good time for you to come back compared to why you requested the ban to begin with.

This wasn't a case of just an out of the blue request but an escalation of the other one.

The reason for which I originally requested the permaban is no longer relevant.
