Icepacks Probationary Contract

I've been asked by some folks in the community to reconsider Icepacks' permaban and conferred with other head/host level admins. Here's what I'm prepared to offer:
For a probationary period of 90 days space law is server law. Any assault, breaking and entering, mugging, theft, etc. that would constitute a brigging is a violation of that probation and an immediate re-perma. Any physical violence outside of self-defense, that is putting down a direct threat to yourself or others, is out. Refusing to leave after being told to git from a department you don't belong in is out. Gouging someone's eyes out with a fork, even if they're supposed to be your friend, is out.
I don't think you can fulfill these requirements because I don't think you're capable of playing in a way that doesn't derive its fun from randomly ruining other people's rounds. If you can somehow prove me wrong for 90 days then we'll both win. You'll be back on the server and I'll have unperma'd someone who can play the game like it isn't their personal stomping ground.
One more proviso: if you just accept the terms and then not play for the next three months to avoid being held to a higher standard we'll just wind up back where we started.
People have appealed to me describing you as a sort of "controlled chaos" like they get the "joke" that you're playing out when you're on /tg/. Unfortunately for both of us, and the people who complain about you, perhaps I have this random coincidental ability to only see you or hear about you when nobody is getting the joke. I'm not going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume it's something that's really hilarious and I just don't get it. Instead I'm going to give you a chance to show myself and others that you're capable of playing the game without pulling these "pranks".
