BYOND account: semicolonthreethreethree
Ban type: Note
Ban reason: IC in OOC "OOC: Semicolonthreethreethree: EORG before EORG lets gooooooo" "OOC: Semicolonthreethreethree: kill emmmmmmmm" Was told about IC in OOC rules.
Time ban was placed: 2023-04-27 02:52:03
Server you were playing on when banned: Sybil
Round ID in which ban was placed: 204527
Your side of the story: The shuttle was about to dock, only a few/several seconds beforehand I said (above quotes). While 'rules as written' I guess technically this violates the rules since it was before the roundend report, it was a victimless crime and in no shape or form could anyone have been negatively impacted IC wise by what I said, let alone with only a very very short time to act on it even if they did.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I think that the note is accurate but unjustifiably harsh, given the second half of what I said in the previous line. 'Rules as intended' I did not harm anyone nor intend to harm anyone's round.
Anything else we should know: A staff member, I believe Bugstep, said they wouldn't have noted for that personally. Additionally, while I have no evidence of this since it was a while back, something said something way more IC in OOC like "John Johnson almost ascended" and the staffmember online at the time joked saying "Round didn't end yet...now I gotta ban you!" or something like that. For clarification, the importance of this is that it implies that two staff members find it to be more harsh than what they would personally note for.
