Your side of the story: I was under the impression that two people talking to each other about how they should stop arguing with someone who flatly denies the entire basis of their argument was not against server rules.
Why you think you should be unbanned: It's time for a new year, in which I will no longer say this.

When you appeal a ban, don't forget to say what the ban is from. in this case a channel ban could be seen as analogous to a job ban, normally an appeal for a job ban would include the job the person was banned from.
