Your side of the story: I don't have any. I'm not directly involved with this ban outside of us (unfortunately) living under the same roof.
Why you think you should be unbanned: My brother is still an idiot, that's something that hasn't exactly changed between me pissing off after the split from Erro's forums and today. Apparently he threw a bunch of money at the goon code leak to try and get exclusive access or whatever so after hearing about that I thought I'd pay a visit to see how things are going over here. There's one problem though, I can't really do that right now seeing as I'm banned.

It's just his IP ban catching yours, you're account is untouched. Anyone can just go in, remove the bans from the original offending accounts and reapply them manually leaving the IP field blank.
