I was trying to enjoy a nice round as Space Caveman and hunt rats in maintenance when someone declares it is gang. I am wordlessly stuncuffed and dragged into the brig and buckled to a chair. When I ask, repeatedly, why I am arrested, I get beaten into red health. There are other people getting beaten and harassed by security, who are all wordlessly torturing people or screaming obscenities at us. I ahelp HBL that this is some severe shitcurity and the admins need to crack down on it, HBL tells me that they will not be prosecuting greytiders for fucking with security instead of throwing out some jobbans for awful sec playing. I manage, after a long period of torture in the brig, to escape and throw something at a sec officer in protest. In response, sec officers capture me again and begin burning all the people in the brig in a plasma fire. Meanwhile, the actual antagonists of the round have been running completely unopposed because security just grabbed the first people they saw and brought them into their fort to harass. I informed HBL that I was getting really ticked and was going to IC in OOC, and he told me it would be a 30 day ban. I told him his warning was noted, and called everyone shitcurity in OOC and told them they were all fucking doo doo heads. I was then banned.

Why I think I should be unbanned: The ban is perfectly valid but it's been about a week now and I want to try out the new bolas. I know what I did was wrong but I highly doubt I ruined anyone's round because the round was already hammered horse dicks before my indiscretion. Please, have mercy upon me, HBL, I'm a good boy.

Yes I have been trying to get a hold of him as well. If he does not feel I should be unbanned I would prefer him to say so and close the matter out, the limbo is the worst part of appealing.

This seems really excessive, I don''t see how it's reasonable to ban someone for thirty days over minor ic in ooc or even threaten that ban length in the first place, I'll remind him if I see him on irc

I dont want him to get in trouble or anything he gave me a fair warning I'd just like a reduced sentence if he thinks I'm worthy of one.

Sorry it took a few days to get to this. It was definitely a hyper-excessive ban. I came up with a random large number threat to try and get SAC to be reasonable. And well, then things happened.

There's no reason to ride out the full ban, though, tbh. Especially since it's been so long. Appeal is approved.
