Your side of the story: I was trying to do my clown duties by messing with people. Specifically their genitals. I pulled a man into a room and I stripped him and cuffed him before passively grabbing him to try and move him to the table or bed. It wasn't working so I tried to throw him onto the table and bed. The throw animation appeared (with them spinning) and it said I threw him but he was just spinning in place on top of me. That wasn't working either so I tried to tighten my grip to see if I needed it at a certain level before I could move him correctly. That, too, wasn't working so I went along with the gender reassignment surgery while holding him on the floor. I guess during the surgery my grip tightened and I started choking him. I tried dropping and throwing him to stop but it wasn't working. I don't know if it was because the room was too small (it was a dorm), if I was hitting the wrong buttons, or if I was just bugged. I tried to grab him again to see if that would cancel it out but instead I kept the red "KILL" button on one hand slot and a second "Upgrade" button appeared in my second hand. Soon after I was messaged by thelongbowman and told them that I didn't mean to kill him and that I couldn't let him go even though I tried to throw and drop them. They said the logs showed I was throwing him earlier and then I was banned.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I didn't mean to kill the man. I simply wanted to turn him into a beautiful woman. I tried everything I could think of to let him go but it wasn't working. I apologize for my mistake.

They show that you strangled them and then began surgery, starting 24 seconds after strangling them.

They also show that you released a strangle grip once via throwing, so there was no problems on your side, the fact that you were able to perform ghetto surgery also leads me to believe that you should know how hands work in the game, and are fairly competent at the game mechanics.

I believe you had lied to me, and what you did was pretty creepy to boot, as a non-antag its pretty shit.

So no, I won't be lifting this, but by all means have another Admin look in to this to see if I am being too heavy handed here.

Listen, I admit that I fuck around on the game and do shit like this but I don't kill people. Those 24 seconds were because I was trying to look up online how to let someone go because I thought I knew but it wasn't working. I'm recently getting back into the game after around three years and everything is still a bit rusty to me. Hell, I didn't know you could push someone down until someone did it to me. Surgery is simple and has nothing to do with how good I am at grabbing things. All you do is use things in order on a certain body part. And finally, why would I try CPR on them if I wanted them dead in the first place?
