Description of what happened:
Round started and i got all access and took the auto-revolver from the armory secure locker because someone was claiming there was a ling. Fast forward a bit and there are now 4-5 shiinas on the station. Eventually the ling tries to armblade me but i revolver it in the face point blank and cremate it. I messaged centcom asking for a medal and a pizza party, they sent it, i set up a party and walked around with all three captain medals for a bit. Eventually someone stole all of the pizza and medals and flushed them. I detained him, took him to the experimentor room to scare him with bears. After that i tried to turn him into a mime as punishment. When that didn't work out, the mime said we should monkey him, we did and then let him go. Fast forward a bit more and a rod flies through the main hallway (above sci and med-bay) and never leaves. Eventually the shuttle is called and i wander over to med-bay to see if the miner i equipped to fight monsters had died. He had not, he was actually in the armory, so i run over to the brig and catch him with the entire armory in a duffel bag and a bunch of broken windows going into the armory. I taze and cuff him, announce what he did and why i detained him. I walked down to science to grab something (can't remember what) and he started screaming i was sacrificing him to the rod. I made sure he was out of it's way at all times and when i walked up by the HoP office i was ambushed by Rollo. Rollo cuffed me, let stan beat me with a pickaxe, and then said i "left him there to rot" before telling stan he should sacrifice me to the rod. They took me down and sacrificed me to it in front of two other people, candice (doctor) and kel thuzad(assistant). They then spent a good 20 minutes in OOC saying i had said i was killing stan and that i tried to sacrifice him to the rod (but somehow failed...?) myself.

To clarify the situation with rollo, he had died fighting bears in the experimentor room. When i went in with mario (pizza thief) to scare him with bears i told the QM to take him to the cloner, she didn't and i forgot about him. Not sure how much he was serious about but he clearly was upset that i did not clone him.

Why they should be banned:

They both had a hand in murdering me 4noraisin (neither were antag) and then tried to cover up what they did as "revenge" in IC and OOC when all i had done all round was actually try to help the station.

Here's what happened from my perspective, starting middle of your post:

- I'm on my way back to mining, I see there's a scalpel in the cargo bay with blood on it. I turn around to tell the HoS, and to further convince them to call the shuttle.
- I notice he's braindead after awhile, so I take his PDA and drag him to the bridge.
- See that the "captain" who has been claiming to be the captain is still logged in to the console. I call the shuttle.
- Drag the HoS to the brig, I wanted a security satchel, I had lost my pack to the rod.
- See the place has been broken into, so I slow down and take it cautiously. I remember that a lot of people on the station apparently have all-access so I decide to trust nobody except the braindead HoS I'm still dragging.
- I notice the armory is really, really broken into, so I sigh to myself and realize if I let this be it'll make the shitty station even worse. I get a duffelbag and stuff what was left of the guns in the bag. I leave to go get the HoS.
- I see one of the Shiinas there, they instantly use the taser they had in their hand and cuff me, I try to call out "changeling in the armory" but the comms are down and have been down for awhile. Fuck.
- I try to explain myself. They accuse me of breaking in, and I'm getting the distinct feeling of being metagrudged because they show up the instant I'm coming out of the armory and didn't even bother to inquire about what was going on. I say, "I had the HoS PDA, why would I break in?" They say I broke in.
- As they're stripping me, meteors come and I'm repeatedly telling her to get the HoS. All it will take is one meteor to break into that room and the HoS will be dead and out of the round when they get back in.
- They then take all the guns and pass them out to various people, "free guns everyone!" doing exactly what I didn't want to happen. The HoS is still left in the armory, and I'm trying hard to get them to go back. I realize it's just a braindead, but it's still shit to leave somebody like that and especially shit to leave the HoS like that. Double especially if the PDA is sitting on the fucking floor because they just tossed it in the room.
- Every time they go near the rod with me, they stop for a couple seconds before moving. I instantly notice how I'm always in the path of the rod when this happens.
- They go to science, pass out more guns. I call over the intercom for help, they say "lol he has his headset he's fine" when I've been stripped of that, plus my exosuit, and my pack. I'm pretty certain they're going to kill me whenever they get the chance.
- Rollo suddenly shows up! Stuns and cuffs the Shiina who has me.
- I get uncuffed and angrily pick them a couple times. Then Rollo says to take her to the rod. At this point I'm so goddamn angry I agree.
- I stand below the rod and take my sweet time because I'm lagged, Rollo says "gimme her" or something but it is too late, she gets hit by the rod. They die.
- I go back up to the brig, throw my pickaxe into the grate a couple times to get in. I see that a meteor has fucked up the armory and it's all losing air, so I quickly get the HoS and their PDA, and I take them to the shuttle.
- I secure the HoS safe and sound, but the guns are a lost cause.

I think this whole thing started when the Shiina in question got mad because I threw a bar of silver at them in research, they told me to go mine so I tossed it at them. They said "you don't have to be a dick about it." When they were passing out the guns I remembered that, and that contributed to why I thought I was being metagrudged.

WHERE I FUCKED UP: I should have taken them to the shuttle brig, I suspected they were a bad guy 100% and were likely metagrudging me. I shouldn't have killed them with the rod, and I let my anger get the best of me.

You had every single lethal weapon in the armory in your bag. It had been looted by nobody but yourself.

As for the "metagrudge" do you even know what a metagrudge is? You hit me with the silver THAT round. That's called not trusting someone who beats you with bars of silver for asking you to do your job.

In closing: in OOC you accused me of hating you because of something to do with pascal despite me being semi-new to the server. You also had no reason to think i was the bad guy, YOU had broken into a secure area and taken every single gun inside without so much as a radio message. You're trying to cover your ass because you killed someone you thought had something to do with your community drama, when really you just killed someone trying not to be a shitter.

I would have had to break through something on the order of four or five reinforced windows. I never once had any insulated gloves, (which would be a requirement since they were electrified brig windows) and the logs will show the only things I destroyed were two turrets in the AI upload when I was getting the boards for research and the single grate in my way when I was getting the HoS after being freed.

You can claim all you want and call me a liar, but the logs will show every single action I have done.

EDIT: Responding to the post below here because it doesn't warrant another post: I already admitted exactly where I fucked up, I even apologized to you in OOC for that. You have tried to extend the argument several times and I've said post your thread plenty of times in response. The last thing I said to you in OOC was that I was not going to go tit-for-tat with you, you made your thread, and to shut the fuck up. Nobody else needs to see our dispute interrupt their game any further than it already has.

I'm not saying you're lying about breaking in, i'm saying you are saying anything you can to cover yourself after having been a royal asshole in IC and OOC when you and alarm teamed up on me and lied about everything. I had a valid reason to arrest you and not trust you right off the bat, you did not have a reason to murder me for doing so, and you had no reason to lie in OOC and here about me trying to kill you with a rod. It did not happen.

Apologized? You SAID yourself you were going to go toe to to with me in ooc. This is LITERALLY in the logs. You said you would come at me the same as i was coming at you. You apologized and told me to keep crying about it, you and alarm antagonized me in ooc for a good 20 minutes about how i was a dumbass and you dindu nuffin. If you want we can wait and i will post the logs when they're available so everyone can see how two-faced you really are.

This is a ban request on the forum, this interrupts nobodies game. OOC doesn't interrupt anyone's game either, it can easily be disabled.

You act like you're sorry and innocent when you've been caught. You aren't sorry for killing me, you're sorry i actually went through the trouble of making this ban request and put the effort in to refute your lies.

Si si I was mad for someone who random names. If I was angry about you not cloning me I'd have hunted you down when I was revived. I had a good fifteen minutes of playing with strange objects where you passed me multiple times. You also forgot the whole point of you naming yourself captain because you put a medal on. You were detaining Stan and bringing him to the rod for looting the armory which is something you did. So I stole Stan from you, ran away which you gave chase so I slipped and cuffed you. I told Stan to give you the same treatment you would give him which is the Rod so I gave you to Stan. If you are going to name yourself captain and start being a shitlord arresting people for the shit you're doing and trying to execute them don't cry when someone executes you. I mean you pretty shitty monkeying for stealing pizza's and medals.

You said multiple times you were mad that i "left you there to rot". As for the attack, the logs will show that you didn't take stan and i gave chase, they will show that you stunned me, cuffed me, and then uncuffed him and let him beat me. You two keep saying i tried to feed him to the rod with no proof and no witnesses. I also did not "loot" the armory, i had access and got myself a taser, i did not steal the entire armory in a duffel bag like your friend. You told him SPECIFICALLY to kill me with the rod before he said anything. Stan had not said anything about the rod to you in-game before you had already sacrificed me to the rod, which again is provable with the logs.

So there are two options here; you are lying, or you two are meta-communicating.

I'm going to pull logs for this once I get a chance a little later today and hopefully sort this out, because there seems to be a lot of conflicting points in these stories.

In the mean time, make my life a tiny bit easier and tell me the jobs of everyone involved: Stan was a Miner, Rollo was a Scientist (?), and Shay/Shiina/Leon454 was... What? HoP?

All three of you can stop arguing stories because next post I make in this thread will be logs.

I was the Chemist that Shiina dragged around for 30 minutes and then monkeyed for no reason other than taking pizzas and throwing them into disposals. The story they provided is 100% full of lies. They attempted to kill me with Bears in the Experimentor room, when that failed she went to the Church to get a soul stone to try to put me into that. During this time they stripped me of my PDA and used it to send lewd messages to crew members and took off my Headset so I could tell the crew that Shiina was basically an assistant with a stolen ID. After I was monkied, the Mime that was helping Shiina for no reason got them both slipped on a Banana peel or PDA and I escaped into the ventilation system. It was at that point I healed myself and Made my way to the Armory with a crowbar and a Screwdriver. I Deconstructed windows to the Armory and stole a Riot Helm and Shield as well as a Sec backpack and Cuffs to enact my revenge on Shiina for being a complete shitler. It was during this time that I got caught in the path of the Immovable rod and Died as a Monkey. Stan did not break into armory at all, it was me. Shiina and another person by the Name of Sherri Were metafreinding with a few others because they all had stun weaponry and cuffs ready to take down people that did the slightest thing against Shiina. Rollo had died to the bears in the experimentor and I chatted with him for a bit in dead chat after I died then disconnected.

Oh shit sorry about that then. On most servers i have played on it's not considered a big deal because it's so easy to reverse. I'll take full responsibility for doing that though.

Here are some logs from OOC directly after the round, aparently stan thought i was someone else and killed me because he thought i was either pascal or someone who supported him. I should note that i didn't even play on the server when that whole situation happened. He claims i was talking shit to him in ooc, which is not true; i searched through the previous round chat and i had not spoken to him once in ooc before this happened. He also claims i hate him because he "backed sae" in some drama with pascal. I do not know any of the people involved and as i said before, didn't even play the server when it was happening.

The attack logs will show that i only fired my lethal weapon (an auto revolver) a few times, once to kill a ling(there was some crossfire, a shiina clone was hit), once to kill a bear(again, others may have been hit in the crossfire), and once on the shuttle to kill stan for murdering me. I may have been more liberal with my taser, but i still doubt i tazed more than 3-4 people.

Now this is where rollo's lies come in. He says he stole stan and slipped then cuffed me when i chased him, which is a lie. He stunned me after i greeted him and immediately suggested i be fed to the rod. The logs may not show it, but he dropped the soap and slipped me while i spoke to him and cuffed me while i was down. This is the first interaction we had had in the round while he was alive, he was using information from when he was dead to claim i had left him to rot in a room. Using meta-information to murder someone is a dick move, isn't it?

Kel thuzad found an artifact that made bears, he told people and rollo tried to fight them, dying in the process. I had nothing to do with it and, again, he was mad solely at the fact that i had not cloned him.

I didn't personally murder anyone that round except for a ling, i had NOTHING to do with rollo dying, i hadn't been involved in his death in any way. Again, here you are trying to validate your actions with information you either got afterwards or couldn't have reasonably had in-character. I checked the crew monitor in med-bay because i was worried you had died while fighting monsters mining.

You're right, i get really salty and sometimes argue in ooc, throwing accusations out as i do it. It's dumb and i'll try to not do it anymore. My problem here is with their actions in-game, though their OOC comments did not help their case when i was debating making a ban request, they are not the sole reason for me posting this. They broke rules, they lied about it, and one of them continues to lie about it and post false accusations.
