Description of what happened: I was playing a round as clown, and Gruici just... spams me with disarms, all round. It wasn't even prompted, and he didn't respond in OOC after the fact about WHY he did it. The most I got out of him speech wise was after I was frustrated enough to throw a toolbox at him, he pushed me and began beating me, saying "No weapons!".
Why they should be banned: Clown is not a license to griff, but it's not a license to be griffed, either. I didn't do anything to him that prompted my round being completely and utterly ruined by him- he wasn't even an antag, as the roundtype was malf.
