I noticed my good friend Shaps was nearing the second page of admin feedback. What a great time to leave a raving review of my favorite explosive loving barista.
In all seriousness Shaps is honestly great and is a master of improvisation. They taught me a lot of stuff and I'm glad they've stuck around for as long as they have.

To restate what I said in a tower devised of elephant's tusks - I really appreciate the assistance Shaps continuously offers the admin team, and specifically the aid given during my candidacy and trial (that I will continue to take advantage of) (get fucked, Shaps)
Fairly accessible in terms of availability, knowledgeable about so many stupid little things, and always a joy to interact with.
couldn't ask for a better grandshaps.
actively preventing you from getting third page since I'm malicious and evil btw
