I'm really glad to have book on the team, he's shown excellent judgement and isn't afraid to ask for advice if they are unsure of a situation.

I asked a question yesterday the online admin didn't know about, and Booktower showed up very shortly after to save the day! Asked if my question was solved or if I needed help, such a good admin. Great demeanor! Even if you're in a bad mood, I've never seen it from you. Great professionalism! 10/10 admin!
