Names is doing a very good job as admin so far. They're mature, polite, calm, and handle tickets well. Very proud and hope to see more of them.

I had an interaction with this admin last night which I think warrants some feedback. This admin is polite, thoughtful, respectful and absolutely goes out of there way to help a person out when they've done wrong.

It was lowpop late-night and we had no cook/botanists but a full engineering team. So I thought I'd make a spider ranch, harvest spiders and make spider-related food ONLY for the crew as a gimmick. I thought I had spiders all figured out, welded all the vents but a few ended up escaping. I was rightly bwoinked and after explaining my goal the admin talked to me about it, explained a better way of going about it and to top it off offered to bring me to Centcom so I could experiment with the gimmick so I could nail it down next time. I really felt valued as a member of the community and learned something about the mechanics and how to do things properly the next time if I ever choose to attempt this again.

This person is very chill and must be incredibly balanced IRL. I'm making an effort to be more positive in my day to day and it was really amazing to have such a great interaction with someone when I screwed up.
