I have been waiting for this, saw Ordo handle a couple ahelps on bagil this past week very professionally, they seem to be doing well!

Fucking based man who doesn't get salty even if you poke him, takes a joke and jokes back, is professional, moderate in his opinions and helps players and does bare minimum when effecting rounds to make them have more stuff in them and doesn't press retarded "hit shit until horizontal" buttons and then pretend its an event nor make anything about him being an admin and is still slightly mystified he actually can help people by being an admeme.

What more can you ask besides forceborging him to never leave?

Hes professional when need be and fun when not. I have no clue where he came from but I’m glad hes here.

i do not like the bird noises, other then that i have no real interactions outside of one instance which he handled very well

Went above and beyond what I was expecting out of a TC trade. Someone had murderboned the station so I asked for some interns or inspectors or something for people to play as with maybe a fun objective. Not only did I not get charged the full 20 tc they did a bunch of nice announcements and made a small event out of it.

I'm very sorry to report that we received some exceptionally sad news today.

Our friend, fellow admin, and champion of the "short" reply, @OrdoDictionary passed away recently.

While this news was not unexpected - Ordo had been fighting bravely against prion disease for some time - it remains as heartbreaking as it is unfair.

Ordo was sharp as a razor, with wit to match. During the time we knew him he was pursuing a PhD, yet he still found time to volunteer here and help his fellow spessman.

In admin channels you were as likely to find Ordo pontificating on history or food or ham radio as you were anything related to the game. But you knew - no matter the topic - that his opinion was informed and valuable, and that he would deliver it with nuance, class and charm.

This community - and the world - is worse off without him in it.

He will be missed.

So tonight, should you get the chance, raise a glass in his memory.
…but be sure to break out the good stuff.
