They’ve been doing a great job of it so far, very dedicated to improving their craft and being a good admin. Excited to see how they’ll turn out.

Runs cool events and is very passionate about the game and making sure that everyone is having fun. Works hard to improve their adminning and gets second opinions where they can - a little lenient, maybe, but not to a fault. Extremely patient with people and not an exhausted purplename yet. Based as hell and they're better than I could have ever hoped for them to be after they were finally picked.

A very caring and really competent admin. Runs really good events and RPing with them is both a blast and a joy.

Spent some time on the same server as them, and they seem level headed and with a good grasp of when to look for help/other opinions, good note penmanship as well.

A promising start

From the perspective of their trainer they've completely blown away my expectations in every way. If I was to give specifics of what they were doing well this post would be many paragraphs long. I have incredibly high hopes for the future and expect big things from them.

Genuinely a pleasant person to be around. Glad to see my faith wasn't misplaced.

Decent admin all around, however they like BR modes a little too much, as it feels like an almost every-other-day occurence on a /tg/discord where they're advertising a BR event on one of the servers, if not that, then they're making a vote in-game in reference to it.
I get that every once in a while "as a treat" BR modes can be fun, but I'd rather not have to start checking adminwho to see if i have to worry about surprise BR round, instead of what ever I wanted to do (I.E learn how to play borg).
Otherwise, no other outstanding negative comments.

Premier admin material. My most difficult rounds occured during Cimika events. Not overly punishing for minor things.

Came to bar, asked for my moth eyes, was reminded that that's not normal and normal people don't do that, stayed for the alcohol

I am not biased in favor of people who come to bar, cimika is just active and that's good

Saved my bacon when I got locked out of my own office as a HoP because I stripped myself of access.

I've got a lot of respect for them - very polite and treats us all like human beings. Keep it up!

Goodmin, kind in ahelps and never seems to get tilted. More importantly writes *detailed* notes that are never ambiguous and can't be misread by other admins. Fun events as well.

Goodmin, paces events well to maintain the flow of the round. Polite and considerate to everyone, and encouraging to players who've had particularly bad rounds.

One of our best admins without doubt.

Carmly explained to me that while tail extraction mechanically isn't particularly griefy, role play wise it is equal to taking a limb. Still agreed tail bounties are not illegal as there are multiple sourced of tails that don't involve players. Very reasonable. Thanks Cimika.

Might actually be a little too charming for head admin status, honestly. If you folks aren't careful, they're going to end up taking over the whole thing!

Very pleasant person to speak and work with over administrative matters (as well as just being great to chat with). I believe that their time spent adminning over at Skyrat Roleplaying Community gives them further insights into that realm of higher-level roleplay and how that interacts with Space Station 13 mechanics. It's also very nice to see what they bring to the table for the admin team at-large as far as insights into that whole realm.

Once upon a time I looked into the sky and saw a rat-shaped cloud. This reminded me of Cimika and their ability to set high standards for being an admin.

I would like to deny any insinuation that I might or might not be a Staff Manager in an anthro-friendly roleplay server for rugged souls and mature players. Any naysayers will be taken to gulag for foxgirl-positive mental reinforcement.

outside of the fact that i am commenting solely to correct sylphet from saying "naysayers" to "nyasayers" as the entire administrative team is comprised of cats, (except for me) I'm here to state that after (almost) 1 year and becoming staff my opinion of sylphet has only managed to improve. Although I wouldn't count her among the particularly active, her contribution to the team and advice is always nice to have.
