Haven't had too many interactions, but they have helped out when the server falls into disrepair late a night. Overall seems pretty good

Very kind and courteous in a ticket, especially owing to the fact that I was completely in the wrong- they have a pretty good understanding of the differences and nuances between LRP and MRP and was able to see the struggles I was having with that. Keep up the good work.

Jackraxxus will spend a lot of time and energy helping players solve bugs they're experiencing or answer questions for them via experimenting and code diving. This is far more based than I, who gives up after "did u try restarting ur game? Yeah sorry man make an issue report ig"
