While working alonside them during their candidacy, I noticed that they are calm, considerate, and professional. Keep up the great work!

Extremely professional--makes me look bad when I don't show up to a ticket wearing a tie. Stellar arbitrator.

Doesn’t take things too seriously yet still knows when to bring down the hammer - very impressive qualities that prove them to be a very worthwhile addition to the team. Not to mention they actively help folks out, which is really all we want from an admin. Has already massively improved and I can only imagine they’ll continue to do so. Keep it up!

As for things to improve on, it might not be a bad idea to try and be a bit more personable and verbose when dealing with others. It always pays to go the extra mile and be as open, upfront, and clear as possible in a community as large and varied as ours.

Im very new to toxins and i finally figured out a decent bomb but stupidly tried to bring it on the shuttle to centcom. long story short it blew up, i get a 2 day server ban. Rage handled it well and said i deserve 2 days 1 for each person i killed. pretty fair when other servers would probably perma me. New players need room to learn and grow and admins like Rage help with not harsh or obscene punishments.

Chill dude. Big fan of them restoring and running older maps for players to screw around with.

Once during lowpop I was planning mass non-antag grief, and saw only them on adminwho. 0/10 was online when I wanted to grief.

he has really good coverage on sybil, very glad to see it, given it feels sybil admin coverage is quite light right now, has been very helpful in tickets! much appreciated rageguy
