Shaps for headmin 2015.

But seriously, I'm rather new to /tg/ server (not to ss13) and Shaps has been one of the most consistently enjoyable and friendly players I've had the pleasure of interacting with, both in IC and OOC. While my interaction with them in an admin setting is limited, I think personality is really important to being a good admin. Plus, the times that I have interacted with them through ahelps and whatnot have always been pleasant.

Shaps is a cool dude. I wish she still flipped out about the smut I write about Phoebe though. We did some pretty cool RP when my books first hit the library.

WARNING: i am slightly biased since i kinda sorta knew about shaps a long while before i came to /tg/ but didnt really ever talk to him iirc, and he is a friend of mine on steam

that said, from the experiences i've had he's a pretty chill admin that always seems to be around to help. most of my ahelps are for questions ("y aint dis pumpin gas doe???") and if there's ever something he doesn't know (which is rare) he usually gets back to me within a few minutes after checking the wiki and/or asking the other admins. i dont recall any times i've been in a player/player dispute with him mediating, but from what i know about how he carries himself he's probably pretty fair.

I like Shaps, he does his job well. I did not have any kind of trouble with him so far and in my opinion, he is fair, helpful and competent. It's nice to have him around.

Is very polite most of the time and seems very fair in his admin helps. He has also helped me learn quite a lot as a fellow trialmin.

Maybe a little soft. A little bit of a good cop. Not rough enough like the bad cops.

Pack bigger punches than that Shaps. Keep it up, you're different to the rest of the staff.

I like Shaps, very polite admin, never accusative and helpful. I don't think I've had a negative experience with him.

i'm not 100% but i assume it's shaps that answers most of my TC trade prayers. which is absolutely awesome, i wish more admins answered them as readily as shaps.

Every time I'm playing sec, I'm dealing with one specific shitler with a grudge against my department. Every time he plays, gulag will be disassembled and brig will be lubed. I've adminhelped and Shaps actually dealt with the situation, giving the guy a talk. 10/10 admin.

but I dont know man me and them seem to have gotten off on the wrong foot, I KNOW that we could get along better but for some reason we never do, and I don't blame him.

pretty sure that even if you take it to the extreme of if you drag someone off to stop them from being deconverted and killing them it's still valid cause it's a cultist.

sometimes killing is even preferable like when you know someone will be shit when you remove his free antag status
