Dunc is actually a very good and underrated admin imo.
While he may not do the big, flashy events alot of admins do, he does do one thing very good; Giving the players agency, and letting them make their own fun.
That is all.

While I can't speak for dunc as an ingame admin (and I'm also assuming he's the same one as the one in coderbus), I can say that every time I interact with dunc it's pleasant. He's a really level-headed guy who can keep the peace.

Dunc bullshits with me in OOC and deadchat. He's a legitimately good guy and we don't deserve him.

With all this good feedback he might get a big head. So my feedback is he needs to work on his irc grammar, it's not always perfect.

After the earrape engines fuckup he hasn't merged anything dumb since as far as I can tell. A high achievement for a coder.
