Toxic as a person, whether as an admin or player and I tried to think of a better way to put it. Unsurprisingly the conduct demonstrated before being trialed followed him right on in, and has an inability to see when wrong (perhaps stemming from 'winning' arguments by attrition and everybody else gives up/can't give a fuck anymore and thinking thusly, he can do no wrong).
Maybe this is just the way the server is going. I do not think having such persons however in administration is good for it, whether they bring 'understanding' or not.
