I mean, honestly I think the way Pax is responding to criticism in this thread is a probably a good indicator of whether or not he should be an admin.
Spoiler:

i guess it's the logical extension that we go from guy who i've bwoinked once and muted ooc on three times (extend), guy who i've never even seen in-game but cussed me out for telling them that their idea didn't work several months ago(remove and rambling paragraphs) to guy i just haven't seen before (uhhhh just remove i guess)

Pax is a good admin, and was a decent player despite what a lot of people think.
I'd say you should make yourself free pax because you are too good for this.

as someone who plays security for hours on end i can tell you bryce pax is not even close to the worst of the bunch for "greytiding" and such.
also out of all the critique in the thread i wouldn't agree with mr shove 300 rods up the station's hull.

It's literally,

a "meme" to scream about pax being a bad player

This is why I don't think you should be an admin, Packs. I brought up a completely valid reason to be cautious about you becoming an admin, and how do you respond? You mock me, tell me to get over it rather than take responsibility, then take a shot at me. My opinion of you hasn't changed since that particular incident because you haven't changed.

this was a single argument several months ago where all you did was cuss me out when i asked you to back up your own intellectual horse
Sweaterkittens wrote:You mock me, tell me to get over it rather than take responsibility, then take a shot at me.
i'm sorry if i found your idea horrible, explained why it was horrible, and your response was to just tell me to fuck off a bunch, but you really need to get over it because that particular night said more about you than it did about me

you're also an extremely mockable person and this is your last-ditch effort to try and get me deadminned so i'm going to be a little combative because i don't think someone who has zero actual experience with me beyond trying to drown me out with profanities really has a valid say in whether or not i'm admin

Is that really how you remember it? "Drowning you out with profanities?" You came into a reasonable discussion and we tried to talk to you (and I'll mention for everyone's sake that we were absolutely pleasant and cordial with you) for almost 20 minutes before we gave up, after which you hounded us constantly. I don't even know how to respond to this because it's so off-base. Do you not remember us trying to talk to you? Do you not remember us trying to have a discussion with you before we realize you were just talking past us and ignoring us when we responded?

You're right, it was a single argument months ago. But it was just one example. Do you want me to give you more? The fact that you're still acting like an asshole even months from now, again, proves to me that you haven't changed. And my opinion of you still stands.

This is your feedback thread where we decide whether you get promoted, extended or removed. It's my job to post my opinions on you in here, not some personal vendetta to get you deadminned. I think you're combative, arrogant and childish, and I think you'd make an extremely poor admin. So yeah, I'm going to make sure I voice those concerns here because I want everyone on the server to have a good time, and not have to deal with you in a position of power.

Alright I read the whole pastebin for some reason

In which sweaterkittens ignores every valid criticism Pax brought up regarding disablers and the very common "both sides will harm the other if the other side is stunned" scenarios, and then declares that IcePacks's points were all "refuted" so they're done talking about it. IcePacks says to post it on forums and sweaterkittens says no and that they're going to sneak around oranges and play maintainer politics instead.

It wasn't a case of IcePacks ignoring SK to talk over them it was just SK not even responding to Packs and then declaring the argument won and done.

Giving borgs boxing gloves is a better idea than a disabler

Let me try to rephrase, you both have a very similar approach to forum posting style and how you treat people outside of administration interaction as icepax but you both turned out to be legitimately good admins, does that make it clearer?

surprisingly insightful post from the fruit

I feel the same way tbh re: posting styles, the three of you are very similar in that sense and I can't think of any time you guys have ever been poor admins in game
