Gouty has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for an indeterminate period of time roughly classified as two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

I was a bit hesitant at first because of the 'tude gouty had in some ahelps, but he seems to be aware of that issue and trying to not do that in the future

don't really see any issues other than that, he does good

Yeah rude dude 'tude mostly removed. The main thing I've learnt is situations are not sometimes what they first appear (sounds obvious writing it like that) and that even with all the tools at our disposal it can still be quite difficult to get a complete picture.

Ill just say that despite all the 'tude I see him giving people in the complaints hes never been anything but polite to me.

I thought this was dealt with? I told you, I thought had made a mistake and were trying to save face. You have since made it abundantly clear that this wasn't the case.

Also there has never been any malice directed towards you any time we have spoken, nor have I meant it to seem like there was, if it looked that way then I apologise, as you know I am striving to do better.

I don't even think gouty's attitude was bad before, i'm way too nice about adminning anyways and calling a guy an asshole once isn't a big deal

that's called a power dynamic and it's how life works and if what you were saying was remotely true I would have been sent away a long time ago.

I don't mean that, I've been in game with him and his tone has been initially hostile with players on more than one occasion

That being said this was before the posts about him and I've seen nothing noteworthy since

Was a bit poor as far as initiating conversations a few weeks ago, but he's shown some pretty large improvement since. Generally a good admin IMHO, but he has a horrifying avatar.

A work in progress. Evidently two months are not enough if there is not enough guidance and the trialmins are just left alone anyway.

That being said they should be fine as a full admin. Promoted.
